Would I have to get a custom radio for a 2007 toyota camry?

I have an 07 toyota camry and I was thinking of getting a better radio but I see that the way it's set up it might have to be custom made. Does anyone have an 07 camry that's changed around the radio and sound system that has some experience and some guidelines on this?
 
If you replace just the speakers, that might be all the improvement you need. We cannot tell what change you are looking for from your question. If you want to be able to disturb the neighborhood and make yourself deaf, you will need a booster amp and subwoofer.
