The last two weeks have been both exhausting and turbulant-
I started work as a Service resolution advisor 8 months ago after applying a CS advice (within the same company) for 8 months.
My transition to this department didnt come with its own trials and tribuilation as it seemed to me that even tho i had been offered the job , i was a stand by, because the two managers went out of their way to make the 1st 5 months hell for me .I stuck it out all the same and achieved all targets set and proved my worthness.
But the unfair treatment and lack of respect ws still apparant, I took it upon myself to challenge this which has lead to pity things been dragged up and reported.
I was recently told i have a meeting with the HR department about my conduct - a date was set but no time , so i immediately alerted my union rep which works for the company ( The company would not operate with any other unions than their own). Today i went into wrk and was told out of the blue that i have a meeting with two managers about some calls that i recieves and their concerns - I was not told it was to lead to any disclinparies or even advised i could bring a rep.
On my way to the meeting , i told my rep who advised if it came to a disclinapry to contact her.
I went to the meeting asked a series of questions and ws told i will know later in the week of their decision
Friends said i should have been given in writing and advised a few days before of this meeting - has the company breached this and did the rep not live up to what she is employ to do?
