I just got my old iPhone 3GS replaced by a new one through the Apple Care. It was not working properly. Here is the thing, I am available to upgrade to an iPhone 4G since my contract is over. Since I recently got my old phone replaced, would that affect my availability to upgrade to the iPhone 4G?
