Would I be required to pay a nonresident tuition fee?

I lived in state of California for 15 yrs. I got may degree from San Diego State. After graduation, my hubby and I moved to Florida. Its been 3 yrs and we wanted to go back to California to study nursing. Anyone knows if I can still classified myself as california resident or I am required to pay a nonresident tuition fee? Thanks
