Would i be disqualified from being a police officer if i have had sex with a minor?

im 18 and i am dating a 16 year old, we are very much in love and are planning on getting married when she turns 18, i want no other career other than being a police officer, would having sex with her as she is a minor make it impossible for me to be hired when i am eligible?
