bike from my front portch? i live in Texas and I've had my bikes stolen a couple of times when i forgot to bring it in from my porch and so i want to know if i will get charged for stabbing someone if i caught them in the act of walking up to my front door and stealing it? i would like to know so i don't get myself into trouble.
