Most of the fine schools that have photo programs, are not usually known for having large astronomy programs, however most schools other than Art Center or Brooks, do have majors in Psychology.
Those two majors seem incongruous although both would be a great adjunct to being either a scientific/research or editorial photographer
I would use Yahoo Search to look for schools that have both majors first and then look for ones that have photography as a subdivision of their art department
