Would I be able to have these fish in my saltwater tank?

My 20 gallon tall SW tank is almost done cycling. I'm planning ahead and I've finally narrowed it down to some fish. I have live rock. I want a FOWLR tank. I would like to have:
-2 Baby Ocellaris Clown fish
-1 Firefish Goby (Don't know which kind)
-1 Blenny (Don't know which kind)

Will I be able to have these fish?
What kind of Firefish should I get?
What kind of Goby?
Which should I get first? (Which is the least territorial?)
What kind of invertebrates/clean-up crew should I get?

Any additional info. would be greatly appreciated. I've already done research, i'm just kind of double-checking.
