Would I be able to get into University of California, San Francisco/ University of

Michigan, or UCLA? I am a junior at high school. I wanted to see if I would be qualified to get into these universities.
I am interested in a career in medicine. Other universities that you would like to suggest?
Or is there anything I should do?

*4.1 GPA (so far top 1% of the class of 2012)

* Maybe 1600-1700 in SAT (I haven't took it, but that's the estimate SAT score)
