Would I be able to get into Northwestern University or University of Chicago?

I'm a junior in high school and I want to apply to Northwestern University, University of Chicago, Columbia College Chicago, John Hopkins University, and possibly some Ivy Leagues. I really only want to go to the first two though. I want to major in English. GPA is on a 5.0 scale, by the way.

Unweighted GPA: 4.97
Weighted GPA: 5.55
Class Rank: 5 of about 450
Projected ACT score: 33 (I'm shooting for a 34)

Extracurriculars:
Newspaper (Editor-in-Chief)
Yearbook (Hopefully an editor next year)
Literary Magazine (Editor)
Peer Tutor
National Honors Society
Talent Development Program
Relay for Life
Work on a local fire department's newsletter

AP Tests:
World History - 4

AP this year:
English Language
Calculus BC
US History

AP next year:
English Literature
Psychology
Statistics and/or Environmental Science

Other Information:
I might be a National Merit Scholar Semifinalist or National Merit Scholar Commended (207 on PSAT).
I competed at the State-Level journalism competition last year but did not place. I'm competing again this year.
I've won several mini-awards from journalism associations like JEA and NISPA.
I've taken all honors/AP classes outside of electives.
