...Rights rules on Ireland...? beforehand?
Here's the story:
http://blogs.wsj.com/new-europe/2010/12/09/hungary-may-introduce-constitutional-ban-on-abortion/
However, according to an anti-abortion website, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is scheduled to rule on Ireland's constitutional ban on abortion next week:
http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/d-day-for-irelands-pro-life-laws-looms-urgent-prayers-requested/
The site says:
"The Court is expected to hand down a ruling on Thursday, December 16th. With the ratification of the EU’s Lisbon Treaty http://www.lifesitenews.com/?/news/irish-catholic-bishop-oks-yes-vote-for-lisbon , all decisions of the ECHR have become automatically binding on all member states."
So essentially, if the ECHR rules for abortion rights next week, would any Constitutional change effectively become invalid in Hungary?
(By the way, please answer the question at hand. Any spamming not pertinent to the question at hand will get you reported and blocked.)
