Would having sex outside be a sin?

I don't see why it would be but i thought I heard once that if you break the law on earth then your sinning, or something like that. Just wondering. And would breaking the law be sinning as well?
by breaking the law on earth i meant like that would be indecent exposure so you would be breaking the law

No it is not a sin, even by extreme christian contexts. It does not literally mean having sex on the earth, as in dirt, but on earth as in anywhere inside our atmosphere
