Would Harley Davidson forty-eight be a good beginner bike for me?

Can anyone suggest if HD Forty-Eight would be good choice as my first bike?

1. I had about 2 classes of beginner safety motorcycle course AND 1 advanced big bike course.
2. I'm 5' 3"
3. no problem with money
