I am required to have a informative speech for my public speaking class. My original idea was to inform the class of food safety. I am ServSafe certified, so I am very knowledgeable and creditable with this topic. My instructor is afraid it will be more persuasive then informative, but if I keep it dry and simply just facts I should be ok. Would this work out? Any other suggestions? It has to be 6-8 minutes.
