I want to eventually contract with the Air Force. I'm currently in AFROTC at Norwich University awaiting a response for my scholarship consideration. I was thinking that if I contract that the Air Force may think "Oh, well, he's contracting anyway, there's no need to give him an incentive." Is this true, or will I still have the same chance despite my being contracted?
Would contracting in the Air Force lower my chances of getting an ROTC scholarship?
