I have a dishwashing position at a restaurant and for whatever reason with the amount of people who work there coming in and out all the time, making forward conversation and etc, i feel unbelievably overwhelmed, socially debilitated really. I work there 5 consecutive nights a week for about 7 hours a night and sometimes it drives me completely insane due mostly to my anxiety. I tend to have really bad anxious thoughts that i can't get out of my head and that haunt me, just knowing if any of them turned out to be true id be fubar (i hope you know the acronym)
