days a week? Okay, I'm trying to be more healthy, but when it comes to lunch at my high school I don't know what to grab that would be healthy. On Mondays we have a subway type thing set up, which I use, but the other four days of the week it's not there. In other lines, on other days, there's usually some kind of fruit, chicken sandwiches and maybe yogurt aside from all the pizza and tacos. There's uncrustable pb&js, which I eat a lot. I would basically like to know I guess if those things are good. If I ate an uncrustable with an apple or a banana and water would that be a good lunch to eat four days a week?
