Would an ice factory be a good choice to open as a business?

Hi,

I am looking into opening an Ice business.The type of ice i am refering to is like the "Party Ice" type,The type that sells at gas stations outside and stuff.

Is this a good choice?Is this sounding like it can stay in the market for a long time?Last but not least,is it sounding profitable?

What machines other than the ice forming machines would i need? (Answer if you know)
