Would a Windmill Palm survive in Toronto?

I am innterested in purchasing a Windmill Palm Tree. I have heard that they are very cold hardy. Could they survive in Toronto? And where could I purchase one?
 
They are relatively cold hardy...for a palm. But I'm afraid outdoors in Toronto is pushing it. If you could shelter it in the winter months, It would work.

They are beautiful Palms. Home Depot and Lowes has them in their nursery here in Florida. Perhaps you can use that as an excuse for a Florida vacation!
