Well, to start off i have a scar from the age of about 12 or so on my shoulder and its a becker's nevus. I want to get a tattoo anyway, and just so happens that what i want for a tattoo would go on my shoulder, a little on my back, chest and arm. I was just curious if the tattoo would help cover up the scar if i got a dark tattoo (most likely tribal). Thanks!
