Would a new 47" LCD TV make my electricity bill go up $20.00 a month?

I got a new Toshiba 47' tv lcd it's not marked energy star.I replaced a 29" tube TV.Now my electricity went up $20.00 last month! Was the tv the problem, did anybody else have this problem?
