Would a KTM 450 exc be a good bike to ride mainly on the street?

Well I found a 2007 KTM 450 exc(street legal) and I was wondering if this would be a good bike to drive mainly on the street? Or is this more of a race bike?

Let's put it this way: Keeping a 450EXC for street use would be the equivalent of using a Honda Goldwing for almost strictly dirt use. This bike and the new Husky dual sports are so hard core they're dirt bikes with lights. If you want a slightly more road worthy dual sport, look at something along the lines of a DR-Z400S.
