Would a KLX140 be a good dirt bike for me?

im about 5 ft 2 and 110 lbs. I'm gettting a brand new dirt bike for my birthday.I like the klx 140 and was wondering if that would be a good bike for me.Please tell me if you think so or not.If not what would you recommend.
