Would a IOGEAR GBU421 USB 2.0 Bluetooth Micro Adapter work for a LG Banter AX265.?

I need to connect my LG Banter to my Dell Studio 1737 to put music on my phone. I did not get bluetooth on this laptop. Can someone help me. I do not want to spend more than 30$.
