would a high power slave flash damage the ccd of my alpha200 DSLR camera?

It will not damage your sensor ... what it might do is fry your cameras electronics if ever connected directly to the camera.

You will need to call the Sony help line and ask them specifically about the dangerous trigger voltage level with their DSLR's Nikon can be damaged with voltages over 12v and Canon over 6v.

Since slave flash units never connect to the camera, you will never have to worry about any direct damage.

Studio flash units are a different thing all together ... you usually have to use something like a Pocket Wizard to trigger them
