I'm looking at a Hypermotard 796. Just wondering is maintenance really as bad as people make it out to be on Ducati's? Are supermotos good commuter bikes and it should be cheaper to insure right, than say a zx6r? I'd be using this as my means for transportation in college.
And quick question would you choose a zx6r or a hypermotard 796 for daily transportation? I have a ninja 250 right now and already test rode the zx6r and really liked it. But the hypermotard is... friggin nice
