...College) be worth it? Hello. A couple of years ago I graduated from Otterbein College, a small, private college in Westerville, OH with a B.S. in Psychology. Shortly thereafter I briefly went to graduate school before deciding that it wasn't for me.
I've been thinking about returning to school for a B.S.in Computer science so I could become a software engineer (programming in graduate school raised my interest in the field) and it would be both easy and relatively fast for me to go back to my alma mater, but I'm a bit concerned about a more technical degree from a (fairly solid) liberal arts college. Would employerss look down upon it? The school lists former students working for Battelle, the DoD, and other organizations, so it seems fine, but I'm still a little paranoid.
