l have been eating healthily for 2 weeks, such as fruit, wholemeal bread, lowfat cheese spread, and vegetables. l have joined up for the gym to use 5-6 times per week so if l treat myself to a chinese takeaway (pork fried rice, egg fried rice, curry sauce, chips and prawn crackers), would that be okay or will it just make me gain alot of weight again??
