Would a child have the right to complain yes or no? She has no father because her mother used a anonymous sperm donor because this is the only way a mother can have a child and never have to deal with family court and can never be charged with parental abduction or need her fathers consent to get a US passport. She has a very good American mother who is raised properly under Italian standards and loves her very much. She even has a better home that most American children, and her mother that will spend most if not all her free time with her just to make her happy. Her mother will even make her favorite meal every day. But she has no father because her mother does not know who he is and she will never know.
