Would a "chainsaw-powered" bicycle be street legal in colorado?

I am planning on making a chainsaw powered bike for my daily commute... heres an example of a chainsaw powered bike:

its a regular bicycle but theres a chainsaw (motor) attached somewhere on the bike and the clutch with a bike chain going from the clutch to the sprocket on the back wheel. most go about 25-30 mph. so would what you see in the video be street legal in colorado.

up and down the mountain-25 mph
