flash ? I would like to set up a softbox, with a flash, however I don't know which option would be best.
There is a softbox kit that I am interested in which comes with a 300 watt strobe light - I don't know if I would be better off using strobe, or buying Canon speedlight flashes (I already have one, a 430 EX) I do not know if you can use a 430 or 580 EX with modelling lights, so that is one thing that deters me from wanting to use the Canon flashes, that and apparently they are weaker than strobe flash, and ultimately would be more expensive if I would have to buy several speedlights to be master/slave. However, the upside is that there are no sync cords used to trigger the canon speedlights. And I also don't know if there is a WIRELESS method to trigger a strobe flash.
I have kind of listed several questions here, about if modelling lights can be used with speedlights, and about a wireless way to trigger strobe flash .. but my most important question is, would the 300 watt strobe flash be significantly stronger than the 430 EX flash, and/or the 580 EX flash ?
