Would a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT Coupe be a good first car?

I'm most likely getting one in a week. I am just wondering if you heard any negative things about it or if you have good things to say. I've heard that the acceleration time is slow (most likely because it's a 4cl); but I don't need anything to race. I think it looks really good too.

It has a little over 135K miles. But that most likely would be highway if you divide it. And the car itself is in pristine condition. I thought that it would be maybe an 07 or newer.
 
any car is a good car, but hey you seem quite lucky to catch a 2004 model.

The 2000-2003 models were known for defects with the timing belt and sludge, causing the engine to fail and in need of replacing. The 2004 is reliable, and the interior was a bit upgraded if i remember.
 
Depending on the mileage this could be a very good car. good gas mileage, newer model, and also very inexpensive to maintain as it is a domestic car. should be very dependable and good for a few years to come.
