Would 21 be too old for learning Ballroom?

Is 21 too old to learn Ballroom dance and to one day in the future compete at an adequate level. I never had the time to learn before even though I wanted to but now I feel like I may be too old.
 
You are never too old to do anything. I did it when I was 7-12 and i really enjoyed it but i didn't appreciate it at that age. So try it and I say you will enjoy it. Again you are never too old to learn something new :)
