no please dont do this, not only wont it not fit, but it will make your civic look horrible, and not only that but it will knock your camber off making you eat your tires up in very very very quick. and you dont want to be buying tires every 4 months, especially not for 20 with that thin wall, expensive, useless, unnesesary.
get some nice jdms 15, 2 piece rims, and drop it with tien suspension with camber kit,...
or atleast rota's

No~ I don't think you could go above 16 or 17. Why would you want to go that big? You might be able to with a lift kit but still, where are you going with this project?
