Worst franchise in all of sports?

Just wanted to see opinion as to what franchise of the four major North American leagues would be the worst overall. My pick, and I'm a fan of this team too, has to be the LA Clippers in the NBA. Only a few winning seasons, never over 50 wins in a year, horrid management, one of the worst owners in Donald Sterling, and a rather small fan base in a city like LA gives them the nod to me.

Your thoughts?
