Worried mom, will living in a remote town affect my baby's development?

7 months ago, my husband, and our 2 daughters (1 and 5) moved to a very remote town called Watson Lake in the Yukon Canada. We are happy with our new lives here....BUT there is one concern I have and its really bothering me....

Our old city had ALOT to offer toddlers. There was so much you could expose them too, and so many great experiences for them to contribute to their development and benefit them in the future. I feel a terrible sense of guilt that I cannot offer my sweet little 1 yr old baby very much in the ways of stimulation and exposure to new things.....for example she LOVES cows, and horses and always points them out in books and on tv, but I can't even show her a real one because we have no farms here or anywhere close, we have only one baby program, and theres only like 2 or 3 other babys and all they do is play with toys. Theres no swimming pool, no indoor playgrounds, no malls.....nothing. Its too cold right now to even go outside and play, -30 and like 2ft of snow.
Basically we spend our days in the house doing whatever I can to keep her entertained, but its just starting to feel very repetitive and boring....

First off I would like to know if this problem will affect her development in the future when she does grow up and move on to a bigger city??

Secondly I would LOVE some tips on things I can do with her in the house to keep her happy and entertained??
