...of dad's house.? The other family seems like I can't trust from what interaction I've had. Step mom will buy 1/2 of my dad's house in today's $. Does step mom's family have any rights to dad's property once they both pass. The will states dad's house will be 1/2 my side and 1/2 their side. I don't care about the $. I told my dad I would rather have them donate it to charity but I don't want their side to give me any trouble re this prop.
