Worried About Mole

Hi,
I'm 28, male and have a mole on my upper arm.
I am dark and used to use sun beds regularly.
I noticed this mole when I returned from holiday in Egypt two weeks ago and now I'm terrified it could be cancer.
It's quite small and brown..but I picked it and now it seems raised.
I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, but am extremely anxious.
Can anyone help?

Even the photos one can find online are only a guideline. It takes examination by a specialist (and possibly a laboratory test) to determine the precise nature of a growth.

Keep busy so your mind is on other things!
