I'm guessing this is appropriate to post here?

I would consult a doctor but I thought i'd check up here first. I think I may have signs of worms, I dunno the correct term. I'm 19, about 5'9/5'10 and 142lbs. I'd classify my health as decent, yesterday I visited the gym, ran/jogged for an hour straight and felt like I could go almost all day with pleanty of water but I don't regulary run or excercise at all. I don't eat breakfeast and somtimes grab a sandwich for lunch and always have a good sized dinner.

Hope that was relevant... Anyway, I heard people with worms can have trouble swallowing, and can eat alot without feeling full. For several years i've been having on/off troubles swallowing food, like my throat won't open all the way. I can strangely eat alot of food and minutes later feel like my stomaches almost empty again.

I understand it might be hard to verify if I officialy have them, but i'll answer questions.

Generally people with worms will also have problems like losing a lot of weight, feeling tired all the time, and nutritional deficiencies. Difficulty swallowing could have any nuraber of causes, including eating too fast. If it's bad enough to be really bothersome, consider seeing a doctor about it.

As for never feeling full, you are a 19 year old male. 19 year old males have an incredible eating capacity.

Just based on what you told me, I think it's unlikely that you have worms.

My arms have gotten thinner over a year or two, and now that you mention it I do seem tired often, but I might just need to get a little more active.

A few thougths here.

I suffered from difficulty swallowing and food getting stuck for 7 long years. Always felt full. I food got so stuck twice I ended up in the ER. I actually gained weight and could not get it off. After many doctors I just gave up. I will not bore you will all the details of the stupid things many Doctors said to me......

Turns out I had H Pylori and Parasites. I was furious when I found out because I have suffered so long and I had been scoped twice and no one thought to check? My very un needed stomach biopsy showed I had H Pylori. It could have been checked by blood test.

I have good insurance and saw over 10 Doctors for this. What a rip off.

Now let's address the parasites. We humans can get parasites just like our pets. We worm our pets twice a year if not monthly but have gotten away from worming people. It is cheap and easy to do. No one wants to address it unless you go to a Natural Doctor.

I ran fever, had joint pains, flu symptoms and never quite felt good for 5 months......I was tested for Pneumonia, then all the Tick fevers, the Lupus and all the Auto Immune and Arthritis illnesses........ guess what? Parasitic infection. No one was more shocked than me.
Once again I did not get skinny, I actually gained 12 pounRAB during this time for no reason.........you can go either way with parasites.

I am taking Oregano Oil for parasites and I am amazed how much better I feel and look. You can go to the Doctor and ask them to give you some Flagyl or parasite medication or go to a Healthfood store and ask for a Parasite cleanse. I would recommend it.

I hope that helps.......

For good health remeraber eat right, exercise, drink water from a good source,
de stress, detox and worm your body at least once a year.

Good luck to you. Oleander

Being less active for a long period of time could definitely cause you to feel more tired and lose muscle mass. If a little more exercise gives you more energy, it's probably normal. But if a modest increase in exercise totally wipes you out, or you're feeling very tired just doing ordinary day to day things, (which it doesn't sound like you are) that would be real cause for concern.

Like I said, people with parasitic infections generally feel SICK in some way. My brother caught a parasite in southeast Asia, he had weeks of severe stomach illness and lost a lot of weight. (He was easily cured once he got home, thankfully.) A friend of mine caught a parasite and just had bouts of fatigue in which she would sleep 18-20 hours per day for weeks at a time. Some parasites, like malaria, can live in the blooRABtream and cause high fevers.

So here's what I would do, if I were you. Try eating more often, maybe adding breakfast, or making lunch bigger, or adding an afternoon snack. If it helps, great. But if you really feel ill, or just NOT RIGHT for you, get it checked out.

Do you have insurance or a Family Doctor?

I have twins a little older than you. One is never feeling well and I admit I kind of ignored her symptoms blowing them off to poor eating and not exercise. ...they are college students and I am always asking them to eat better and excercise. One is a gym fanatic and one barely moves.

Finally got her in for a mini physical with our Family Doctor.. turns out she has hypothyroidism and has to be on medication now.. I felt really bad. She does not have the typical symptoms. For one she is skinny as can be. But her labs show she has Hypo. Soooo sometimes things do not appear as they are. I should have taken her sooner to be checked out.

When in doubt go get checked out. You can also ask to be checked for parasites but they cannot check for ALL of them. Talk it over with a Doctor or find a good Natural Path Doctor......

Good luck.........Oleander
