The question is; which relationship is the greatest source of tension?
the teacher means out of these;

france, britain, russia & germany,austrai-hungary, italy.
triple entente ^ triple alliances ^

i said the relationship between germany and russia, but i'm not so sure about that.
 
france and britian were close allies
russia and germany hated eachother.

it was like this
Group 1: Britian,France Russia, Italy, later USA
Group 2: Germany, Austria, Hungary, Turkey
