I am looking for a free WOW private server that i have GM powers.
I pay for wow on retail servers, But i want to make my own city, so i need to find a GM server. I currently have Wow(3.1.2) installed, so i need a server capable with that version.
What i need.
I don't want anyone to be able to change my area,(so i own the area i'm building on).
I want to be able to make NPC's and change the items they sell
I also dont want a server where i can be banned by some random person that decideds they want to ban me for nothing (only owner of server can ban)
