I researched the problem for 3 days and nothing fixed my problem. Im having to Install from the website because I don't have the disc's anymore, but my account is upgraded to Wrath of The Lich King. So I click Download then the PC Tab on the website, but then it takes like 30 seconds to pop up a screen and it says (Testing Internet Connection Speed) Nothing happens after 2 mins and the a little box pops up saying (Failed to Read Information. Try turning off all applications) something like that.
Ive went to the Control Panel and turned off all applications, and done everything that ive researched, and still doesn't work. Just to let you know im not subscribed to WoW right now, my account is frozen if that makes any difference in why its doing this.
