So, I'm twelve (in 6th grade) and I'm trying to get a little more fit and taking care of my body...because I've heard of so many people regretting it now that they're older. I also start cheerleading for Middle School soon, so I'm wondering what I can do to workout. I don't belong to a gym, because my mom would have to take me and it's kind of embarrassing and too dependent...I can't jog yet because I'm "Too young" which is really embarrassing. I'm just wondering what I can do for a workout routine...thanks!
