I currently purchased Iron Gym Extreme, I'm receiving it tomorrow in the mail and I have no clue of what to do. I've been trying to eat right for the pass few weeks and that has been going smoothly. Now My only concern is what the heck im going to do with the iron gym! I also have free weights, 15 lb'ers. I need an efficient and clear routine that i can follow at least for the first few weeks or so until my body starts to change into a more powerful one 
I am 19, weigh 180lbs, 6 foot, go to college, suffer from acute loneliness and possibly the lack to be devoted to something that makes me soar but only if the the repetition of exercises has not shown me any improvement... which is what happened to me many of times.
