Workout health question?

Ok I did a workout that was 20 minutes, ate nothing before the workout, stopped for about 7-10 minute after that and then went into a 35 minute workout and drank water after that. The only water I drank was not even 4 cups or a little more. After that I felt like I was going to throw up (felt VERY quizy), and felt very dizzy like I was going to faint. I am in my late twenties, female and about 90 pounds overweight. Was this dehydration, not used to strenous exercise or something more?! I was sweating very much with both of the videos. I ate something after the 35 minute workout. Thanks guys! =) I REALLY want to prevent this from happening again.
