Hello everybody, have not posted in a while. Im about to have my 3rd fusion surgerey done by a second doctor. My first doctor really did me in, he did a microdiscektemey, then he did a fusion. I was still having the same symptoms after i had the fusion, I kept telling him my back was still messed up he would not listen, so he released me back to full duty. I was durabfounded, I work for a cable company, i am a cable installer how was i supposed to do that work again? so i went and had a second opionin. We had another Mri done We had a cat scan done. We found out that the disk above the one that was fused was herniated. My new doctor said that was common and it happens, so he wants to fuse that disk. The workmans comp people dropped me they stopped paying me wont pay for anything, there not trying to hear what my second opionion doctor is saying. Come to find out they paid my first doctor to release me to save them some money. So i have an attorney, we are fighting for my 2nd opionion doctors word to be heard. So I am looking for some feedback any body got anything please help. I also had an fce they said i didnt do my best, i was like wow. so that went against me. so Help me please.My back is really in bad shape, i just want to ba able to function.
