Working out for high school sports... at my house...?

Im taking daily vitamins...
Im going to run every week day for conditioning... sprints in the morning and jog in the afternoon. half mile each...

I need to get stronger though. I know that running will help my legs but without taking pills and stuff like that and without using weights, just my body weight... whats the best way to strengthen my abs and arms

P.S. I plan on doing basketball and baseball so i have all fall to go through also
