A little of the past here, I have been going to the gym for three months using weight machines. To no avail I have not been getting any results. The reason I say that is because I have been going to the gym with a friend and noticed how weak I really was (yes a waste of three months). So now I need some exercising tips with good instructions so that I can benefit strengthen myself and get up to where I am supposed to be in strength and in terms of endurance (in terms of running, which right now if I really push myself I can run 3/4 of a mile but in like 11 minutes at 4.5 mph). And I am tired of looking like an idiot so if I can get some good tips on how to do free weights without further embarrassing myself that would be straight.
