I've been going to the gym for about a month. I'm noticing strength increase a lot, but not as much size. I'm just more defined. I haven't been eating well though.
I go to the gym 3 times a week, my usual daily meal consist of something like a bowl of cereal before work. A double cheese burger from Mcdonalds for lunch or nothing, and usually just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner or something small. Another thing is i have a very fast metabolism so I can barely gain weight off food. That's the only reason I go to McDonalds even though it still is bad for me.
Anyways, what will happen if I work out but don't eat much, I know if my body isn't getting enough protein it will take it from the muscles so I was just wondering what would happen if I keep doing this.
Btw I'm 6"2 and around 170lbs if that matters, I'm skinny
