So my hubbs and I have been TTC for a few months(nothing super serious)
I recently started working out. Running and playing tennis regularly.
Because Im new to the work out world and loosing weight fairly rapidly is there anything I should be careful of. I'm not over doing anything because really my body won't let me over do it.
With 23 years of lazy behind me it really is taking a long time to work up stamina.
I'm on my ovulation week and were planning on doing the baby dance all week (yay for us) haha
anything I should be careful of in the way of working out and so on?
Also I know about the hip tilt after the baby dance however sometimes I feel like maybe Im not tilted enough or too much? any help here?
